Due to the character of digital products once you agreed to our Terms & Conditions we do not accept cancellation and do not issue any refunds. Since Atelier Beliza sells non-tangible digital goods, we do not offer refunds unless you will absolutely not be able to use the site design you purchased for a specific and valid reason (i.e. some sort of incompatibility).
